About the Event
Combining principals of strength training, functional movement and traditional pilates, this 45 minute class will push your boundaries both physically and mentally! It will truly be a full body workout, with a strong emphasis on building core strength using mostly just bodyweight. This won’t be a traditional mat class, and Mari’s hope is not that you fall in love with pilates, but that within the practice you build strength and balance to continue doing all of the things you love! This class is designed to make you feel strong, energized & focused, and the only prop needed will be a small towel.
